Hello everyone
I would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU for volunteering to help out at Soupfest. It’s sure to be a another great event and lots of volunteer hours available for those students that need community service hours. Be sure to bring your form and I will sign them off at the end of the day.
We’ll be having an information meeting on Thursday Oct 6th at the St. Marys Hall on Fredrick Street in Bradford.
At this meeting you’ll get to see the layout of activities and help me to firm up where you will best fit in the scheme of activities going on.
A final volunteer schedule will be available on Tuesday Oct 11th. If you have any last minute changes or request for time slots be sure to let me know.
We’re still looking for some face painters and pumpkin carving helpers. If you have any friends with these talents please let them know about the event.
We will also be doing an on-site visit next Thursday Oct 13th at 5 pm if anyone would like to join us and get the lay of the land.
